What does Tellgence cost?

Pricing is a small monthly platform fee plus per-minute usage. The platform fee covers your tenant, dashboards, and evidence storage; per-minute pricing covers the live voice runtime and includes Azure OpenAI costs. There are no setup fees, no annual minimums, and no charges for cancelled or no-answer calls. Specific numbers live on the pricing page.

Is Tellgence HIPAA-compliant?

Tellgence operates HIPAA-eligible architecture: tenant isolation via Postgres Row-Level Security, end-to-end encrypted transcripts, signed evidence packs, and a documented chained-pipeline path for production HIPAA deployments. For healthcare customers in pilot, we sign a BAA. We do not market the product as HIPAA-compliant without a BAA covering a real customer.

What's the difference between Tellgence and Bland / Vapi / Retell?

Bland, Vapi, and Retell are developer toolkits — you build the agent, write the prompts, and wire the integrations. Tellgence is a finished product for specific verticals: healthcare intake, accounting AR, banking onboarding, and legal intake. We ship the prompts, integrations, and operator dashboards. If you want a working voice operation next month rather than another platform to assemble, that's the point.

What languages does Tellgence support?

Spanish and English are first-class — equal prompt quality, equal latency, and equal evidence. Other languages stay on the roadmap until they receive structured prompt engineering and bilingual quality review. We do not silently ship translated agents.

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tellgence integrates with Twilio for telephony today and keeps SIP-based expansion on the roadmap. You can port existing numbers, run Tellgence as overflow, or connect it to your hosted PBX. We do not require you to change carriers.

What integrations does Tellgence have?

Today the core stack is Twilio for telephony, Azure OpenAI Realtime for voice, Clerk for auth, Postgres for relational data, and Azure Tables for session runtime. Pilot integrations include legal, healthcare, and accounting systems behind typed provider contracts so new systems can be added without rebuilding the platform.

How does the agent handle interruptions?

Tellgence treats barge-in as a first-class event. When a caller interrupts, the agent stops speaking immediately, preserves the interrupted line in the transcript, and processes the caller's new turn before resuming. The dashboard surfaces interruption events explicitly.

What if I need a custom prompt or workflow?

Accepted Answer

The platform supports per-tenant prompt overrides and custom domain modules. If your workflow needs more than prompt changes, we scope that directly with your team as a focused customization sprint. Most healthcare and accounting practices fit inside the shipped vertical workflows.
