Privacy Policy

Tellgence is operated by Pendoah AI. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have. It applies to the Tellgence web app, the demo workspace, and the admin control plane.

We do not use customer data to train foundation models. Production data stays in the regions and boundaries set out in your agreement.

In the demo workspace we capture audio, transcripts, tool-call traces, and generated artifacts so you can review what the agent did. Demo data is marked as simulated and retained on a short window by default.

In production deployments we process the inputs and outputs you send through the API: audio streams, transcripts, structured events, and the metadata required to operate voice workflows (session identifiers, timestamps, model and latency telemetry).

We use data to operate the service, diagnose issues, improve quality, and meet contractual commitments. Sensitive data paths (PHI, financial identifiers) are governed by the retention profile and BAA terms in your agreement.

We use a small number of sub-processors — Azure OpenAI, Azure Table Storage, Clerk, and GitHub Actions — each scoped to a specific role. The full list with region and data class is published on the compliance page and updated when it changes.

Retention windows are set per scenario. Default is 7 years for audit artifacts; shorter windows are applied to raw audio and transient work product. Contract exit deletion is explicit and covered in the MSA.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data through the contact channel below. Export is available per contract scope; requests are handled within 30 days.
